About meals

  • Where should I eat?

    Dinner is served at "Japanese Restaurant En" or "cadre" (please refer to the calendar for business days). Breakfast will be served at ESHIKOTO's Apéro & Pâtisserie acoya.

  • There are some dishes that I can't eat or ingredients that I don't like, can you accommodate them?

    If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
    However, please note that we may be unable to accept orders during the Echizen crab season.

  • Can I bring in food?

    As a general rule, please refrain from bringing food and drinks into the restaurant. If you bring wine, champagne, etc., you will be charged an additional 5,500 yen (tax included).

  • Is it possible to eat in the room?

    Both dinner and breakfast will only be served at the restaurant.
    Please note that we will consider having breakfast served in your room in the future.

  • What are the bar's business hours?

    16:30-23:30 (L.O. 23:00).

    We have rooms that can accommodate up to 4 adults.

  • Can I make special arrangements for anniversaries or birthdays?

    It is possible to arrange fruit platters and flower bouquets at "Bar Toki". Please feel free to contact us regarding your cake needs.

  • I forgot something.

    Items left behind at the hotel will be kept at the front desk for two weeks. However, perishables will be discarded the next day. As soon as valuables are found, we will deliver them to the nearest police station.

  • Can people with physical disabilities use it?

    Although not barrier-free, there are rooms that are wheelchair accessible. We recommend using this service with an accompanying person.

  • Is there a smoking room?

    Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, except for some smoking areas. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area.
